I made an appointment for a routine oil change & tire rotation. Took longer than the stated 1 hour. When I checked out, the service writer didn't include the multi-point inspection report with my receipt rotation. Took longer than the stated 1 hour. When I checked out, the service writer didn't include the multi-point inspection report with my receipt. This necessitated a second trip to the dealership to pick up the report. More

From start to finish the process was smooth and quick. Nick was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Everyone was respectful of my time and schedule.
