Marcus was a great help to me as I purchased my latest vehicle from the Scala VW dealership. He has an excellent understanding of the different products and the inventory at hand. I especially appreciated how he went to bat for me with the finance department to secure me a better trade in deal with my old VW car. This is my third purchase from this dealership and it was my favorite transaction with them to date. I also enjoyed working with Alex in the finance department. Both gentlemen are good at their jobs and I was well taken care of. I only wish they would’ve offered me lunch because I was there for so long, but aside from that they were very respectful and showed me every kindness. More

We visited City Volkswagen of Evanston on Wednesday, June 25th to test drive a used 2022 Volkswagen VW Atlas. We urgently needed a new vehicle as our original car had just broken down the same weekend as our 25th to test drive a used 2022 Volkswagen VW Atlas. We urgently needed a new vehicle as our original car had just broken down the same weekend as our baby shower. Narcis showed us this great family car and we immediately loved it. It's the perfect fit for our growing family and our two large dogs. Narcis was able to have the front bumper repaired for us that had a small dent. He was able to get us a second key FOB. We were also given new floor mats for the car. Overall, he was a great salesman and we enjoyed working with him to help us get a new car. We will certainly look here again should we need another vehicle in the future! More
