We traveled out of state to purchase a van from them. I am not sure if I would have purchased this van had I know of the severity of rust damage it has (I keep seeing more and more paint flaking off as the weeks go on , not mention big chips on the side mirrors and scratches becoming more apparent). I had asked for video of significant blemishes, which rust is significant, and that wasn't included in the video. We didn't see this until we arrived and the concern was brushed off as being a normal thing. Yeah, it is normal but it's still a concern and now we will get it resolved spending our money to fix it. We would not have gone up there if we had seen that. Also, the older gentleman working there made snide comments when my husband asked to have the license plate attached properly. It had a screw lodged and broken off where the license plate goes and they said, "don't you have someone who can fix this in Iowa?" Obviously we do but we paid your dealership for an operational vehicle in good condition. I didn't pay for fair condition. If we had known we would be treated this way, we would have went elsewhere. I do still think Nate is an overall good sales person and communicates very well and the dealership is good but the approach over these situations was unprofessional. More

Bought a car for myself and one for my daughter. Both from Schoepp Motors. I only drove my car about 1500 miles before the transmission went out on a car with 70k miles. As soon as we drove my daughter’s car off the lot a whole slew of electrical problems descended on us all at once. Probably had 200 miles on the car when we bought it. I would have to surmise that they do not actually inspect their vehicles. After reading many recent one star reviews, I come to find out that many people are having their vehicles break down immediately, and at an inflated cost I might add. These people are dishonest and don’t stand behind the vehicles they sell. Don’t be swayed by the phony 5 star reviews. This one is real. Protect yourself from people who make their money this way. More

Nate was very professional until it came time to help me with issues with the truck. Turns out they concealed that the truck has major drivetrain issues. Drivetrain issues that require several thousands to with issues with the truck. Turns out they concealed that the truck has major drivetrain issues. Drivetrain issues that require several thousands to repair. Not to mention I was lied to about the supposed warranty that the "bank required". Well they didn't and because my truck isn't factory the warranty would not cover anything including the drivetrain issue. Now I have to sink thousands into this truck to make it drive-able. They also didn't know that the truck had an accident and the owner was really rude because I didn't want to give more money upfront despite having a preapproved loan from my bank. Caveat emptor. More
