I always return here from my service for my oil and fuel filter since buying my truck brand new from victory. This last visit they told me that my cabin air filter needed replaced. So I elected to have it d filter since buying my truck brand new from victory. This last visit they told me that my cabin air filter needed replaced. So I elected to have it done. When the service was complete. I got in my truck And drove away seemingly happy with what I had completed. Several hours later, I got on the road to head out of town for which I would be gone for three weeks. The day I heated up, so I reached over and turned on my air conditioning at which time a loud hum came from the dash. Obviously they didn’t put something back together correctly is what I thought. As I could not immediately go back to the service center as I was headed out of state, I called them and made sure they knew they were aware of it because I didn’t wanna have to have it paid for when I returned And just simply expected them to fix whatever it is they did not put back together correctly. I did ask that the manager called me because I didn’t know exactly how to log it that I had this issue in their system. When the manager called me back and spoke with me at first, it seemed as though he understood my problem, but then he said something that concerned me. He said he would check with his technician to see if anything was wrong in there before he put it back together and it implied that maybe the technician would’ve seen something wrong That was already broken. The manager did say at least he would send himself an email as they did not have a way to log or write down that I would be back in about 3-4 weeks from my travels. I am worried that when I do return they are going to try to tell me that whatever is wrong was already there before the technician touched my truck. Just because of the way he said he would talk to the technician. More
