I have been coming to Lexus of Warwick for sales, parts and service for a number of years and there is not one department that takes it for granted. They have always treated me as if I was there for the first time, they are always making sure that I keep coming back. When I call PAPINO for service he is always making sure that he accommodates my time for an appointment. When I enter the service bay he makes sure he greets all his customers and then will tell me how long it will take for the service I am there for, he is always spot on and if they find an issue he makes sure he lets me know that if I want to do any other services he will say about how much longer. He is the reason why along with the parts guys and sales managers I keep coming back. More
