My one and a half hour oil change and tire rotation took over 2 1/2 hours. The back end of my car wasn’t washed and the AAA tag on my key was missing. My Lexus broke down in Ohio when I was driving from Maryland to Missouri. I was towed to the nearest dealership, Germain Lexus of Easton. As soon as my service advisor Nathan introduced himself I felt Maryland to Missouri. I was towed to the nearest dealership, Germain Lexus of Easton. As soon as my service advisor Nathan introduced himself I felt confident all work was going to be completed as if I was a local resident he had known since I purchased the car. When I left the Lexus service bay I knew he had done everything he possibly could to get me underway. He asked me to email him letting him know I made it safely to my destination. Nathan was nice and professional. He honored the 2 year warranty I had on the 4 new tires I bought on 7/17/25 and replaced the bad tire which leaked. I was surprised to find out that He honored the 2 year warranty I had on the 4 new tires I bought on 7/17/25 and replaced the bad tire which leaked. I was surprised to find out that I had to pay 37 dollars for labor for replacing the defective tire. This did not leave good taste as to the policy of Germain to bill for replacing defective tire which leaked and is not the fault of the customer. More
