I want to take a moment to genuinely commend the service advisor and the entire service staff at this Honda dealership, because the experience I had was nothing short of excellent from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted promptly and treated with professionalism and respect. My service advisor was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and transparent throughout the entire process. They took the time to clearly explain what my vehicle needed, what could wait, and what was most important—without ever making me feel pressured or talked down to. That level of honesty is rare and deeply appreciated. What stood out the most was the communication. I was kept informed at every step, whether it was updates on diagnostics, timelines, or cost estimates. There were no surprises when it came time to pick up my vehicle, and everything that was discussed beforehand was followed through exactly as promised. The service staff as a whole worked efficiently and professionally. You can tell this is a well-run team that takes pride in their work. My vehicle was returned in great condition, the work was done right the first time, and it was completed within the expected timeframe. Charge me $173 to tell me that my battery was bad and I asked why I was charged a diagnostic fee. They said it was routine and policy. I call for a week straight to get a copy of that diagnostic emailed to asked why I was charged a diagnostic fee. They said it was routine and policy. I call for a week straight to get a copy of that diagnostic emailed to my email address and I still do not have the diagnostic of my car what I paid for if someone could give me a call so I'm able to get that information that would be great.
