Very Professional, everyone worked really hard to make sure i was taken care of. Multiple people including Charles Baker, Andrew Farraher, and Ian Lott stayed in constant communication with me and answere sure i was taken care of. Multiple people including Charles Baker, Andrew Farraher, and Ian Lott stayed in constant communication with me and answered any questions i had . i was contemplating another truck at another RAM dealer in Peoria. The Uftring crew did everything possible to make sure i was getting taken care of. ultimately thats one of the reasons why i came back to Uftring to purchase the 2026 Ram. When i arrived to complete the paper work Charles Baker had everything ready, the truck was spotless and sitting inside so we could walk through everything and do an inspection. Andrew Van Heuklon talked to me multiple times to make sure eveything was good and that i was being taken care of. when i got to finance i met Braden Houston and like the Young and very professional crew that Uftring Nissan has he was not the exception . he talked me through everything Clearly and made sure that everything was correct. Nathan Got me setup with the Ram APP and walked me through setup and info . Again, the Uftring crew always does a professional job and they take care of their customers. It always impresses me with the young people that work in their dealerships when it comes to Knowledge, professionalism, and character. great job guys and just remember .....I'll Be Back More
