I dropped my vehicle off on the 11th of May. It’s currently June 2nd & I’ve yet to receive my truck. I’ve been without a vehicle for a few days now due to my warranty only covering a rental for so long. The dealership said they would provide one but once they learned my age (20) they immediately had nothing for me. Even though I’m active duty military & most places have exceptions. No help was offered & the bare minimum was given. The customer service in person has been very lacking & is very disappointing. More
