I’ve been researching this car, (Honda passport) for months and looking to purchase for weeks. I mistakenly inquired about this car, thinking the dealership was in my area. Neil Stefani got back to me q months and looking to purchase for weeks. I mistakenly inquired about this car, thinking the dealership was in my area. Neil Stefani got back to me quickly and said if I was interested, Palm Chevrolet could make it happen. Long story short, the next day two nice gentlemen were delivering my new car! I couldn’t be happier with my new passport, price, and super courteous service! More

Worked with Neil (internet mgr of sales) he and I worked out a price on my trade in. When I went in to pick up my new vehicle; the sales mgr. said he was offering $1500 less than the amount previously agree out a price on my trade in. When I went in to pick up my new vehicle; the sales mgr. said he was offering $1500 less than the amount previously agreed to by the internet sales mgr. I’ve been working for a long time to be able to afford and get a ne When I stetted the process of getting my new car, it was a little rough and scary. I’ve been working for a long time to be able to afford and get a new vehicle for my now small family. Jessica and Neil were absolutely amazing through everything. They immediately started to do everything they could to get me in the car I was looking at. Jessica and I instantly bonded and I will always appreciate her kindness and passion as a person. Neil made sure to make me feel as if I was important to him and his work. I had an over all great experience with this dealer, besides one thing. The Finance Manager that I dealt with was very rude and inconsiderate and down right awful. I have never felt so insulted and disgusted with myself before, until I met this woman. She insulted me, my finances, and my intelligence. I almost walked out after being so excited that I was able to get the car I’ve been working so hard for. Because I wanted to have a co-signer for a better interest rates, she thought it was appropriate to make me feel worthless. Using the words, “This is the way the bank approved it, you got 10 other denials. Do you really think you could get this car on your own?” It broke my heart because I DID get this car on my own, I was just looking for a better interest rate. She made me feel rushed and I wasn’t able to ask the questions I needed to ask. She stated, “you need to hurry up and sign these. I have another deal to do.” She added things to my loan without asking me. She pushed papers in front of my face and wanted me out of her office. Jessica, the General Manager, and the Sales Managers did everything they could to make sure I wasn’t going to feel like that again. The issue was dealt with on a timely matter and made me feel like family. I recommend this dealer to anyone that is looking for a new car or needing service on their vehicle. More

Choose Nick to help you I HATE salesmen and told the first salesman, Mike not to call and if he wanted the sale to wait until I called him. He called me twice in two days and it REALLY put me off. I went on line and got an email from Neil. Neil did everything via text. I told him no sales tactics and to do the best he could or I would walk away. Neil got me the car and deal I wanted. We both forgot to have mud flaps put on but we got it. The sales tactics for maintenance, etc in the finance department are WAY too heavy but a necessary evil I guess. I haven’t used the maintenance department as yet so no review for you there. More

DO NOT BUY HERE.. RIP OFF COMPANY!! I would not even give these people a 1 star, but it will not let me do less than that... ok so my wife and I went here this afternoon looking to trad I would not even give these people a 1 star, but it will not let me do less than that... ok so my wife and I went here this afternoon looking to trade her 2015 Jeep Wrangler (24k miles) in on a Colorado. She found one she liked, we test drove it while Neil was getting the figures on the jeep. She loved the truck....however when we got back to the dealership, Neil came to her with a trade in value of 27k (way below value for this jeep) she has had everything done to this jeep.. She has put in over 30k in upgrades. Now she knows she's not going to get everything she's put into it but 27k dollars for this jeep....COME ON!!!!!..... So to move onto the part of what they were asking for their truck...it is a 2018 Colorado zR2 with over 11k miles. They are wanting 43k dollars for this truck, when I showed them the same truck online going for 37-39k they dropped the price down to 40999.... now the SAME truck with less miles was going for 37999 when I showed them this their response was "'well sometimes our prices are different then others and maybe they don't have as much in the truck as we do"... WHAT???? Same truck less miles over 5k more!!!! So the moral is they wanted to way LOW BALL me on my trade but OVER sell theirs.... I will NOT be recommending anyone here!!!!! More
