Generally speaking, this is actually a pretty good dealership. They do seem to really work to try to get a deal done. But, be prepared to wait....a lot. I went to the dealership to get an appraisal dealership. They do seem to really work to try to get a deal done. But, be prepared to wait....a lot. I went to the dealership to get an appraisal for my trade-in and work on a deal for a used car. To work through financing to get my interest rate and get an initial number, meaning the very first deal sheet, took 2 hours. I know it's the typical, "make them wait a long time so they get impatient and say yes to whatever deal we give so they can get out of here," but 2 hours for one set of numbers seems wild. After we left, I stayed in touch with our salesperson to work on another deal. I stopped by on a Saturday at 10:30-11ish to see a different vehicle and work through numbers. I asked them to secure financing, but in the meantime, I left to run my errands. By about 1:30, I get a text saying all my numbers worked and financing was secured and that I was on the schedule for 4 pm. I get there at 4 pm and, an hour later, guess what....I was still waiting. All I was told was that, "you're next." I just told our salesperson that we had to go and that we can't sit around indefinitely. Dude had the audacity to whisper under his breath that he was xxxxx done, almost as if he didn't spend the entire time we were there talking with other people as opposed to working with us. I was excited about the deal we had and the car itself, but the idea of letting clients wait indefinitely and treating it as if it's a privilege to buy a car from them is just wild. I never hid the fact that I had no interest in waiting all day at the dealership, so the fact that they continued to play that game just seemed off. Definitely not a one-way street - I wasn't an easy client - but the expectation of the deal being easy shouldn't be on me, especially when it comes to making a big purchase. More

It is a privilege to drive the beautiful BMW that I have been driving for the past two years, but even more of a blessing to know that I am being so well cared for by the team at my BMW of Fort Washington dealership. Beginning with our sales representative, Andrew, to the unwavering support and superior service/assistance from Michael Fastman, who has single-handedly gone above and beyond the call of duty for us on several occasions; to the wonderful and attentive service from Service Manager, Frank Manna & Ben Ammar, Customer Relations Manager, who have also been an absolute blessing. Overall, I have never had such wonderful service from top to bottom at a dealership in my life, and I feel very lucky to be working with them, as I continue to drive my BMW X5. It is also why my husband recently purchased his newest vehicle from them and he too, is now driving a BMW X5 hybrid that he purchased in December 2024 at Ft. Washington as well. I am very frustrated with this dealership. I bought a 2022 BMW X4 at the end of June in 2024. I was told by my salesperson that I had NEW tires and NEW brakes and all NEW fluids. On 11/21 I to I bought a 2022 BMW X4 at the end of June in 2024. I was told by my salesperson that I had NEW tires and NEW brakes and all NEW fluids. On 11/21 I took car in to have sensor replaced and was told I need NEW front brakes and an oil change. I was shocked! I sent messages that went unanswered. After weeks, i sent messages again. Finally, I got a call that basically said they could not do anything to help except credit me $500 when I get new brakes. Their cost for brakes are over $1200. The manager had no answers for me, just excuses for why I may need brakes and oil change. I just bought this car less than 4 months before I was told what was needed. I'm upset they they basically said they can't help. This is ridiculous. So much for customer service! I didn't want to give any stars. Maybe I was the wrong race to get the proper care. More

I went to look at a pre-owned X1 at this dealership. Lucy was working late and I arrived close to closing, but Lucy never made me feel rushed at all. 2 days later I drove off with the car.
