Wish there was 0 option BEWARE ! !! BEWARE!! Do not give your car for service here or especially Nicholas Mcclintic I would Like to tell our experience We gave our 2016qx60 f !! BEWARE!! Do not give your car for service here or especially Nicholas Mcclintic I would Like to tell our experience We gave our 2016qx60 for service on Dec 19th as there was noise in our car . We went there at 7:30am we wer told we will do diagnosis to find issue and as we wer at 90k miles .He informed us he would complete that service as well So after diagnosis wer told radiator fan and 90k miles service which includes replacing Air filter will be done - charged 3653$ After 8hours we got the car and right after 30mins the engine light started to pop on dashboard we called in and was asked to come on Saturday morning Saturday morning - The car was checked by him did not give paper work he said it looks fine and again after 2hours same concern called in took appointment got Monday the 23rd Monday morning 23rd - The same person mentioned to do diagnosis again and now he mentioned the coolant , brake pad and thermostat needs to be replaced - 2,800$ plus paid for 316$ diagnosis we asked them this issue wasn't even there until they did the work on Thursday and touched engine he denied to take responsibility and paid us back 316$ Today the 27th we took the car to another center - Thermostat , coolant and air filter (which was paid on Thursday ) needs replacement . Basically they lied and never replaced the air filter - charge - 1,018$ So if you want to save ur money and not get cheated please avoid this place as the mistake happened all coz of the bad service . Great service again! Worked with a new associate, Nicholas, for the first time, he was on top of his game. Got the 100,000 mile service on my Q60, this is my third infini Worked with a new associate, Nicholas, for the first time, he was on top of his game. Got the 100,000 mile service on my Q60, this is my third infiniti with over 100,000 miles, all have worked well during the time I owned them. Got a fourth on the way to 100,00 miles. Great cars and knowledgeable staff who keep them in great condition! I do a lot of driving for my commute and I depend on the Infiniti of San Jose staff to keep me safe. Shout out to Tyler Luu, who looked after my car in the past. More
