🚨 Warning: Dishonest & Predatory Sales Practices at Felix Chevrolet near USC 🚨 I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was so bad that I feel obligated to warn others. 📌 False Advertising – Felix Chevrolet near USC 🚨 I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was so bad that I feel obligated to warn others. 📌 False Advertising – The price they advertised online was completely fake. Once I sat down to finalize numbers, they suddenly added thousands of dollars in hidden fees. Even luxury brands like Audi were quoting me cheaper than the inflated price they tried to stick me with. 📌 Sleazy Sales Tactics – They pressured me non-stop for my credit info, assuring me multiple times that they would not run it. Yet, they ran my credit anyway without permission, which is a violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). 📌 Time Wasting & Lies – I spent nearly 4 hours here. They made me wait almost 2 hours just to get numbers, then gave me a ridiculous payment quote ($550+/mo with $3,000 down) for a used Chevy Blazer. When I challenged them, they magically dropped it to $350/month—proof that the first quote was designed to scam me. 📌 EV Tax Credit Scam – I repeatedly asked about the $7,500 EV tax credit (which every other dealer applies). Their “manager” gave me excuse after excuse, claiming GM “works differently.” Only after I pushed back did they suddenly lower the price, which shows they were simply withholding money I was entitled to. ➡️ The whole process was built on lies, manipulation, and hidden numbers. ❗ Bottom Line: This dealership wasted my time, damaged my credit without consent, and tried to trap me into a deal built on false advertising. If you value honesty and transparency, do not waste your time here. I will be reporting them to the BBB, DMV, and FCRA regulators for their deceptive and unlawful practices. More

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Felix Chevrolet and would not recommend them. Despite providing my pre-approval, they ignored it and used their own bank instead, without even submitting m Chevrolet and would not recommend them. Despite providing my pre-approval, they ignored it and used their own bank instead, without even submitting my pre-approval through my bank. This lack of transparency was frustrating and felt deceptive. Additionally, the General manager refused to remove aftermarket parts that were not installed initially, forcing me to return the next day for installation. If he did remove those aftermarket parts my bank would of approve the loans I was initally approved for. It’s clear they mislead and lie to customers to push unnecessary aftermarket parts for used cars. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere. One star. More
