After an unpleasant experience at a different dealership my husband and I stopped by Royal Moore just for a quick look at their lot. We were soon (but not too soon) greeted by Brandon Lee. We explained what my husband and I stopped by Royal Moore just for a quick look at their lot. We were soon (but not too soon) greeted by Brandon Lee. We explained what we were in the market for and shortly after he took us out for a test drive. Brandon was very friendly and knowledgeable. I also really liked his intuition of knowing when to give my husband and I space to talk things over. Once we had made a decision and were ready to talk numbers we were next greeted by Nicholas Larson, the Customer Experience Manager. We let Nicholas know our budget and shortly after we were in his office completing the paperwork. Brandon and Nicholas made the whole experience awesome. I would absolutely recommend Royal Moore, Brandon and Nicholas to anyone looking to buy their next vehicle. More

Didn’t work with Mazda, Worked with GMC. Terrible Service Department. I will not visit them again. Because of them I lost a $500 Christmas Deposit to a RV Park in California.
