*** GENERAL MANAGER DOES NOT RETURN CALLS OR EMAILS *** *** LEASERS BEWARE & BE FOREWARNED *** *** INACCURATE FIGURES IN LEASE DOCUMENTS - DECEPTIVE PR OR EMAILS *** *** LEASERS BEWARE & BE FOREWARNED *** *** INACCURATE FIGURES IN LEASE DOCUMENTS - DECEPTIVE PRACTICES *** - The documents state I owe $592 which is not accurate. - Incorrect Agreed Sales Price Listed on the Lease Buyers Order & the Lease Agreement - Listed "N/A" under the Capitalized Reduction when I received a dealer deduction and first month payment was waived - # of Miles was listed as 12k then they wrote over with a pen and placed 10k - It appears that the template was manipulated - Residual Value appears to be inflated (71%) thus making less favorable buyout price upfront. - They said they would pick up the leased vehicle to repair a dent and scuff in writing. They fixed the dent however they were unable to fix the scuff. No concessions or compensation were offered. No letter stating that they will not charge me for the scuff at the end of the lease was provided. I leased an SUV on Saturday, Aug. 02, 25. For the last 12 days, I reached out to the car salesman and the GM to dispute some of the in accurate data in the dealer's lease financial documents. I sent the GM 2 emails and left him 2 messages. Unfortunately, I had missed inaccuracies because of the speedy way the Financial Mgr, Marley Rose Kazeka (Guzman), went over info without giving me a hard copy or an opportunity to review thoroughly. She printed the docs and, in a rush, and folded and placed them in a small 4.5” x 9” mailing envelop and then gave them to me. I did not think the paperwork would not be correct, since I came in via the dealership via my employer’s the Beneplace Program, powered by True Car, and had already a detailed Beneplace/Truecar quote for the $507 monthly lease payment with nothing out of pocket, sign and drive. This program brought me into dealer. It was not until Sunday, 8/3/25, when I went to file the documents that I saw the mistakes. I immediately reached out to the salesperson via text who did not reply that day. I have called, emailed, texted... and at the end of the day... I do not believe I was treated well by the Management. They refused to acknowledge and/or correct anything. I would recommend my salesperson Marques, but I would not recommend the dealership because of its Sales Management and Financial Team. Marques was patient and kind while showing me various Sportage SUV vehicles. In addition, I requested Marques to provide me with a quote via Beneplace program so the number would come out more accurate, to this day, I have not received it and as a result, I cannot take advantage of Beneplace aftercare program. Moreover, one of the sales managers sent me a text, telling me not to contact the salesperson anymore. He reiterated that I paid $0 down at closing. I told him that I got that. What everybody is missing is that what was written in the documents does not match what occurred. And if there is information wrong in some line’s items, naturally you are going to question the others. His response was: "Is your payment, the payment you quoted? I believe it is"... So, in other words, since payment is correct, who cares about the rest. Also, nobody appeared to have knowledge of the BENEPLACE / TRUECAR PROGRAM even though I showed him some emails I received from the GM Michael Arnoff with a write quote based on my credit score and desired terms. This what brought me to the dealership. I have proof of everything, lease docs, emails, and texts. In addition, it is my intention to file a complaint with Better Business Bureau, Federal Trade Commission, and State Attorney General. I also plan to place similar reviews on other sites. If this review can help at least one person, then it is worth writing. It was a bad yet a learning experience. I leased 2026 Kia Sportage XL AWD. In the future I will ask for a printout of everything to review before I sign anything. More

Ryan, the sales guy was great. He helped detail our car as the dealer was short handed. Now, the finance lady at first was nice. She took us upstairs to discuss extra packages. He helped detail our car as the dealer was short handed. Now, the finance lady at first was nice. She took us upstairs to discuss extra packages. We respectfully declined but she was persistent. You can see her demeanor change as we still were declining these packages. She rudely said “fine” and was pointing and saying “sign here” with no explanation at all. She then said “show yourself out and I’ll be down in a minute” so we left and sat at our table. She came downstairs and as she walked by just handed us an envelope and kept walking. While we sat there we opened up the envelope to see they raised the sticker price $1,000 without mentioning a thing. We called over Nick the manager and gave us lame explanation and got up and walked to his office. This was so unpleasant and will never recommend this dealer. The experience with Ryan was great, he’s a keeper fyi. We loved the car and the experience until we entered into the final half hour with financial beat down with rude behavior. $1,000 isn’t the issue it’s how it was never pointed out, even Nick said they could have been more transparent.
