Doug Barger was great, as soon as we walked in the door he greeted me and my mom. My mom had mentioned she was thirsty and there he was with bottle water, a healthy hand shake and a pleasant smile. Let me tell you, NOT ONCE was I pressured or persuaded into anything! He took his time to first get to know me instead of just trying to make a sale. He really listened and HEARD everything I had to say. He really went the extra mile and busted his tail to get me the rate that was literally perfect for me! I had honestly expected the worst (I was trying to prepare myself lol) and oh my gosh was I wrong! I walked in knowing what I wanted and walked out with exactly that! But that’s not all. I ended up not doing a trade in with my other vehicle. Doug went that extra step and helped me get my cars home! No one has ever done that, much less offer!
