The other folks I dealt with during the process were also pleasant and easy to work with. One thing that raised an eyebrow was that I got a quote off Werner's website but was offered a higher price after the test drive for the same car that was in inventory - so there was a bit of a disconnect there. In the end, we agreed to a price and the follow-on purchase process was in line with other dealerships. More
