While the staff is courteous, I have issues with the service center process. Came in for a tire rotation and software update. Software updates were down nationwide and that’s understandable. For the tire rotation, a video inspection was done on filters for a/c and element. What does that have to do with a tire rotation? Tried to update me on replacing. I just want the tire rotation - shouldn’t take one hour. Had appointment and showed up early. I’ve had several issues with service. Most likely will never buy from this dealership again. More
