Nick was very informative when I arrived at 7:20 AM. However, I always feel a bit leary when they cannot give me a "differntial diagnosis" for my problem. The only thing is the cost of everything...probably to be expected at a dealership. I wish I could have worked at their hourly rate and then because I used a credit card, a 2% charge was attached that I was not made aware of at the time when I paid. More
