I’m choosing 1 star because I can’t leave a 0. Service department manager is very rude and unprofessional. Do not buy from here I got a hybrid car 6 months ago which we was told this was the car t Service department manager is very rude and unprofessional. Do not buy from here I got a hybrid car 6 months ago which we was told this was the car they could get us in even though it was more money then the car we went there to look at. Already had my screen replaced using third party warranty to get it fixed. Now my ev mode doesn’t work and I’m being told since I have had my car 6 months that I crushed a heater water coolant pipe that’s why my ev mode doesn’t work and that my third party warranty won’t cover it due to it being done by outside source. Management was rude to us and said it was not their problem since I’ve had the car a year which we told him no we have only had it 6 months but Manager said that’s a year. We have had an oil change done and that would not have anything to do with pipe. So now I have a hybrid car that they sold me with this problem and the electric part of it doesn’t work and nobody wants to fix it so what good is it to have a hybrid car when it is not working in electric mode. Don’t buy from here very rude and didn’t do their inspection right before selling it to us. If they did the inspection right they would have known about the screen being out and a crushed pipe but they missed those issues and now it’s my problem cause they don’t do anything wrong that’s what the manager said they did their job right. I’m also being told that if I pay 1500 out of pocket it may not fix my ev mode so this is just a guess from their tech line. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE More

I am choosing a one star because I am unable to leave 0. My husband was just here and they said he needs brakes ASAP before snowfall. We took them to another mechanic because they were cheaper and they said My husband was just here and they said he needs brakes ASAP before snowfall. We took them to another mechanic because they were cheaper and they said that his breaks are perfectly fine and within new status. This had us upset because they lied about a service that cost almost 1K. This is the holiday season and we are strapped for money and don't have 1k to spend on something that is not needed. Then my husband reached out to the finance department to see how to go about getting a payment plan. They told him to go to a website to get started and fill out the information because they can't do it on their end. He went to it, but never filled it out and the website told him to call. He then received an email a few days later stating that his credit loan application for auto service was denied. He called the bank that the application was through and found out that Mark Wahlberg Dealership opened the account on my husband's behalf without his approval of doing this and after they said they couldn't on their end. Which obviously was another lie. This seems like a highly shady business practice and my husband and I will never be back and I will warn EVERYONE to never go to a Mark Wahlberg dealership again! I can't believe they lied about that could potentially be life threatening service repair AND then try to open a credit card account on behalf of someone who NEVER GAVE PERMISSION. More

I was disrespected by the service department they are beyond unprofessional they treated me like I was a bother. One of the reps was so rude to me because I didn't have a name of the rep I spoke to and y beyond unprofessional they treated me like I was a bother. One of the reps was so rude to me because I didn't have a name of the rep I spoke to and yelled to the other service rep did anyone talk to this woman about her warranty he had my name on the screen. I told him my name and he shouldn't address me as This Woman ! well he did it again saying the same thing. The reps supervisor was next to him and didn't care or address what he did to me. I was talked in a deal about a government rebate I thought it was the right move but end up paying a price for two cars somehow $13,000 added with the price of the car which was overpriced. I felt I was at a vulnerable state needing a reliable car and end up being bamboozle, tricked and lied to. They are awful people working for Mark Wahlberg Chev !!!! More
