They perform work before getting authorization sticking the customer with the full bill holding vehicle hostage unless u pay in full for warranty work they don't turn into warranty company and then pray the work is correct and they did what was claimed to be done with no consequences for there actions. And speak out on this bad business process and u just might have the police called on you I can go on and on about the unprofessional way they can treat you you won't deal with them twice unless you like being treated like your business to them as un satisfactory More
