service charged $200 to diagnose problem but didn't even test drive. The lane keep system keeps signaling that you are crossing lane even on straight away, they said nothing wrong. When I went to start car test drive. The lane keep system keeps signaling that you are crossing lane even on straight away, they said nothing wrong. When I went to start car and engage system the button light says lane keep is on but drivers scene says its off. So if I saw it when starting car I guess their mechanic should see it.Took the car down the road same thing steering by itself on straight aways. Went to see service manager and he never apologized and spoke like it was nothing. Will never use them again. More

Would have given a five star rating however we went home with a 33 k truck that has two fobs that don’t work!! I did not know this until we arrived home an hour and a half later as we live in Maine. My hus with a 33 k truck that has two fobs that don’t work!! I did not know this until we arrived home an hour and a half later as we live in Maine. My husband thought he could figure it. Your sales people are aware that we had two fobs that didn’t work. After reading the manual and a conversation with our mechanic he did fix it. Dead batteries!!! More
