The service at this dealership has always been exceptional, which is why I’ve continued to buy vehicles here over the years, even before the change in ownership. Most recently, I brought in my lea exceptional, which is why I’ve continued to buy vehicles here over the years, even before the change in ownership. Most recently, I brought in my leased 2023 RDX for routine maintenance. During my visit, the service advisor introduced me to Nick, the general manager, after I mentioned I was considering trading in for a new model. From the moment we started talking, Nick was professional, attentive, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right vehicle. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and walked me through every step of the process without any pressure. Nick personally handled my entire deal, from evaluating my trade-in to finalizing the paperwork, and made the experience completely seamless. Thanks to Nick’s exceptional service and follow-through, I drove away in a brand new 2025 RDX feeling confident and taken care of. His knowledge, transparency, and dedication to customer satisfaction truly set him apart. The level of hospitality and customer service I received exceeded all expectations. My family and I will absolutely continue coming here for all of our vehicle needs. More

Bought a car from Acura Highland Park almost 3 months ago, while working with finance the guy had added thousands of dollars in add ons without my permission, quite literally trying to scam me. I didn't realize this until it had been almost 2 months and I still haven’t gotten my loan information, that was because the guy got fired and all of my paperwork was lost. I tried calling dozens and dozens of times with no calls back because they were always “busy”. This went on for weeks until someone finally called me and got it sorted out. Now I am having an issue with registration and cannot get ahold of them once again! I have had countless issues with this dealership and I wouldn’t recommend anyone buying a vehicle from this place unless you’re trying to get scammed and never receive any help when you need it. More

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! The behavior exhibited by this dealership was absolutely horrendous. Very evasive with numbers - wouldn't show what they were offering for trades, re The behavior exhibited by this dealership was absolutely horrendous. Very evasive with numbers - wouldn't show what they were offering for trades, refused to give numbers on paper and at the end had to ask at least 7 times for the keys to the cars to leave. To top it off, the GM got mad and used the word ghetto xxxx and xxxxxx - the sales person repeated it through the glass. Read all reviews before wasting your time here. This place is disgusting! More

Was told used cars’ AC is fixed before selling. Bought car. No AC and day time running headlight out. Was told come in and we’ll take care of you. Made an appointment. Guy at counter doesn’t say anything when I walk up and smile. Gives me a dirty look. Says I have no appointment. Told him I bought the car a few weeks ago and then he asked me when I got it 10 seconds later. Getting calls and texts from 4 different numbers all day saying sorry you missed your appointment and asking to trade the car back in. Got a text saying they won’t fix the air compressor under warranty 2 weeks after the sale and never fixed the headlight either. Didn’t even top my windshield washer fluid, as the light turned on when I left. Spent 4 hours of my day off driving back and forth and had to take a $65 Uber. Came home and recharged the AC myself. Blows cold. This leads me believe they never even checked since my fingerprints in the dust on the cover were the only ones. They never even gave me a price to fix it. I’ve never had a more xxxxxxxx experience with a service department. Never a sorry, never offered anything to make it right. Was told we’ll call you to see what we can do right at the very end when handed my keys. I feel robbed of my time, money, and dignity. Sales and finance were nice, but you would have more luck getting your car serviced at the special Olympics. If you guys really want to make it right, you can mail me a check for $200 for my loss. Then I will delete the post. Don’t bother calling, emailing, or texting. I will consider this harassment. Just send me the check and this will be gone. May god be with you. More
