I have never experienced such OUTSTANDING customer service from anywhere, even when fine-dining. Nicholas T. greeted me with the most welcoming/comforting approach. He made it seem as if I’ve been buy service from anywhere, even when fine-dining. Nicholas T. greeted me with the most welcoming/comforting approach. This Dealership is great because of the people that work there. Josh the service writer/coordinator is great. He has been taking care of me for years. I’m very mechanically inclined and have worked at a d there. Josh the service writer/coordinator is great. He has been taking care of me for years. I’m very mechanically inclined and have worked at a dealership before, and I’ve only really trusted two guys in all my years, and Josh is of course one of them. He's very competent, super nice, and goes out of his way to make sure everything works out for his customers. He has gone to bat for me for warranty issues that would not have went well if someone that cared less or didn’t understand the issues would’ve handled it. If you get service here, I’d highly recommend scheduling with Josh! More
