My sales person was Oscar, laid-back easy-going, didn’t try to hard selling me in any which way. I had a trade-in and Mark the lead buyer gave me a fair price for my truck. And even worked with me to make sure that I was happy with the price they were purchasing it for. Nicole facilitated the whole thing and directed it with ease and grace. 5 star team top to bottom. No notes. I’ve purchased many cars in my life, and this was one of the most seamless easy-going experiences. They don’t do any haggling, but they made sure that I was happy with the price and everythingty else. Can’t recommend Echo Park enough. It wasn’t just the one person. It was the team. The team truly made this car buying experience enjoyable. More
