Great experience purchasing my 4Runner here. The staff was friendly, straightforward, and never pushy. The whole process was transparent and stress free. I would recommend him to anyone going to Epping and I think he has a bright future in the industry. 3/5 stars for the dealership. It was an upbeat environment and the general manager came over to me talk who was a pleasant guy. What ruined the experience is they gave me an insanely low offer on my trade in to offset the discount on msrp they were offering. The out the door numbers drastically changed when a trade-in got factored in. Know what you’re doing before going here or otherwise you may really get ripped off financially by the Sales Managers. Any point you make they will dismiss it in negotiations. They budged somewhat on their offer but I left definitely knowing I accepted something that I shouldn’t have. Although very happy with the car so far, that’s the honest truth. Lesson Learned. Do your research on how dealerships operate to make money. I don’t think this dealership is any worse or better than any other from a customer standpoint. They will discount cars to get you in but try anything to make the most profit on the back end and other areas, including a very high priced doc fee. More

Tim truly has a way of connecting with people and making the buying process easy and fun. I had been to 5 different dealers with a very specific criteria list for a 4Runner. Her has able to find me exactly the buying process easy and fun. I had been to 5 different dealers with a very specific criteria list for a 4Runner. Her has able to find me exactly what I wanted and helped to get me to the exact price I was comfortable with. He was fun to work with, very respectful and understanding with how picky I was. I would hands down send anyone I know looking to buy a car his way. He gives off a confidence in his work that just makes you want to work with him. I am truly thankful for everything he did to help get me the vehicle of my dreams. More

I worked with our salesman Devon and he went out of his way to make the process smooth. He definitely lived up to that. He found the car we wanted and got it to the dealership a week earlier than he esti way to make the process smooth. He definitely lived up to that. He found the car we wanted and got it to the dealership a week earlier than he estimated! He also took care of a lot of the required paperwork and price negotiation before we even got to the dealership so we could spend the minimum time to complete the purchase. The only reason that the finance office experience was not that good. We decided on a maintenance plan and when we got home we found out that the contract didn't have the right name, car, vin, or anything but my wife's signature. I came by the next day and requested that they cancel the plan and they did without any hassle. Devon even stepped in to assist and make it smooth and hassle free with the managers. Despite this one hiccup, I would definitely buy from this dealership again. More
