My GMC 2500 Diesel batteries had died, I called them about the issue and getting it to there location. I was able to get it jumped by using 2 jump boxes (1 per battery) and called dealership about insta about the issue and getting it to there location. I was able to get it jumped by using 2 jump boxes (1 per battery) and called dealership about installing new batteries for me. They asked if I could drop off, I replied that was not an option for me today. They said you may have to wait but bring it up. They replaced my two batteries and I was in and and out in a short time. As usual, they took good care of me and my truck. I really appreciate the service I received. More
