Difficult to schedule service because I also needed a Recall addressed, so that requires a phone call rather than online scheduling. Put on hold for way too long, so gave up. Decided to email to schedule, which worked, but took an extra day for confirmation. The appointment itself lasted 4+ hours for a scheduled oil change and supposed software update. Estimate was 2.5 hours, which still seemed long. Still, a decent waiting room while the work was being done, including free WIFI. Just wished the work was done more expeditiously. More
