All around pleasant service visit I had an early appointment and Norman was ready for me. My window would not roll up all the way and the run for that window was loose. The run was replaced, but when I came to pick up the car, the window still would not roll up all the way. Norman spoke to a tech, made an adjustment and it was fixed. Norman is the best! More

Unusually Fast Service I had an appointment for an oil change in the late afternoon. I decided to wait instead of leaving. The lounge area was clean and coffee and snacks we I had an appointment for an oil change in the late afternoon. I decided to wait instead of leaving. The lounge area was clean and coffee and snacks were available. Even though it was busy, I still only waited about 40 minutes in total. I thought that was exceptional considering I booked the appointment at the last minute for the same day. More
