I was somewhat upset to receive a text from a manager basically asking why we didnt buy immediately, even though we'd explained our t our time table. The finance office approach is different, they wanted to close and provided protections for the vehicle. One such purchase that I did not need, was the chrome wheel protection; be wary of addons at closing. Happy to say, the experience was very pleasant throughout with Novy and even drove over 200 miles again to purchase our daughter a car with him. The dealer and with Novy, is a sure sell. More
