Very disappointed I was extremely upset and disappointed that the cai I leased in late November 2015 already needs new tires with barely 22 thousand miles. The tires should last longer than that so to heat there is nothing either Bridgestone or the dealership would do to or even explain how this is possible is very disappointing. Run flat tires are expensive and never dreamed I would be replacing them so soon when they should have an warranty of 45k miles. This will definitely be the last car I purchase from infinity. More

The employees seem to be happy with with their jobs. I love my car. The only complaint is the terrible gas mileage and charging $260 for trunk cover which has always been free with my other cars. I’ll use a blanket to cover my “cargo”. More

Fast and courteous service. Had a oil and filter change service done. Got there around 7:15 a.m., out by 8:30. No appointment needed. I did not have time for car wash; otherwise, it would be complementary as well. Price is very reasonable for a luxury brand: $73 including tax for synthetic oil. My wife’s Lexus cost more than $120 at dealership. Waiting area is very nice, with gooumet coffee, satellite TV, and WiFi. The service advisor is very knowledgeable and professional. All in all, very satisfied. More

Never as promised There service department has no sense of time. This was my second time there after new management in the service department. First visit they had an There service department has no sense of time. This was my second time there after new management in the service department. First visit they had an impromptu meeting and didn't bother to tell the clients who were waiting for their cars. It took almost 3-4 hrs for an oil change. Plus my gauge readings weren't reset. This second time I went, it took almost 2 hrs. This time the under carriage cover of the car was not placed on correctly. It has to be replaced and I'm expecting them to replace it since when I brought the car there I had no problems with it. .. WORSE PLACE EVER FOR SERVICE.... STAY AWAY!!! More
