Bait and switch tactics. They advertised a used car online for a certain price but jacked it up when we got there. After we drove the car and inspected it we found front end damage and a quarter panel that was ripped (prob from the front end impact). When we got to reviewing the price we wanted a lower price because of damage on the car that wasn’t detailed in their listing. They actually came back at us with a higher price because they added a “ceramic coat” and car tracking system so they wanted $2k more than they priced it on line. Who does that? Advertise it lower than what you’re willing to sell it for? My son was with us that day and learned about bad sales practices and walking away from people/business like this even if you like the car. Be careful of Acura Highland Park. More

I bought a used car from Acura Highland Park on June 28, and the experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. During the sale, I pointed out damage to the side mirror. The salesperson and the experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. During the sale, I pointed out damage to the side mirror. The salesperson acknowledged it and casually said it could be "touched up." I was told the car was otherwise in good condition, aside from a spoiler issue they agreed to repair. Within just 2 days of taking the car home, I realized the mirror wasn’t just scratched — it was structurally broken and unsafe, hanging loose and at risk of falling off. When I contacted the dealership, they denied any responsibility and claimed the damage must have happened after the sale, which was completely false. The finance manager even told me it was my responsibility as a buyer to spot all issues during a short test drive — while their own inspection missed this. Communication was a nightmare. I reached out multiple times via text and phone and got no response. When I brought the car in for the spoiler fix, I was given a loaner vehicle. A week passed without any updates. Then out of nowhere, I got a call telling me to return the loaner immediately because it had been sold. When I asked about the mirror repair, I was told “everything was done” — which was a lie. To make matters worse, the sales manager threatened to report the loaner as stolen to the police if I didn’t return it right away. From start to finish, the sales managers and finance director were rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. They misrepresented the car’s condition, ignored a safety issue, and made zero effort to resolve anything. I would strongly recommend avoiding this dealership — there’s no accountability, no customer service, and they clearly don’t stand behind what they sell. More

I have never been more surprised by how awful of service that Omar provided my family when trying to get a new car. He was completely dishonest and unprofessional throughout the entire process and kept on t that Omar provided my family when trying to get a new car.
