I came to Royal Moore to shop for a new vehicle after I had been deceived with fraud, lies and manipulation by a dealership I had previously purchased a vehicle from in December (Dealership located in Glad had been deceived with fraud, lies and manipulation by a dealership I had previously purchased a vehicle from in December (Dealership located in Gladstone Oregon, NOT ROYAL MOORE) I was nervous but shortly after arriving to Royal Moore my worries quickly subsided by the absolutely amazing, kind, caring and honest employees that I had the pleasure of meeting and spending the day with. I truly felt like royalty, the treatment was so top-tier I don’t think I will ever step inside of another companies dealerships again to purchase any vehicle. My salesmen, Christian (Royal Moore Mazda), was the kindest, goofiest and most enjoyable person I could ever have to help me with my journey of purchasing a car. He was so knowledgeable and created such a huge impact on me while creating a bond of friendship and trust as well. I could tell that he wanted what was best for ME whether that meant purchasing a car from him or anywhere else, the support he gave towards my decisions did not go unnoticed and I appreciate him wholeheartedly for that! If you want a caring and thoughtful car salesman who doesn’t pressure you at all, then Christian is your guy! Like please please buy a car from Christian, you will not regret it! We laughed literally all day together and it was the most wholesome experience I’ve had at any dealership ever. Truly someone I am so excited to come back and visit at Royal Moore when I come in for future service needs on my vehicle… Or whenever I feel like wanting to brighten my day :) Omid, ohhhh Omid, what an amazing GSM (Royal Moore Mazda).. he truly helped me get the best deals available through the dealership on my new vehicle. He knew how absolutely in love I was with the 2026 Acadia and did everything in his power to make sure I left the dealership that same day in my new wheels. Also making sure I did not feel overwhelmed by my new monthly payments. I love that he could laugh at the absolute nonsense I spew out of my mouth sometimes. He was a true pleasure to work with and really does an amazing job with representing the company. Finance is such a scary part of purchasing a new car but Nathan (Royal Moore Mazda) really did a great job of rewiring how I feel about finance managers. After a terrifying previous encounter with another dealerships finance manager… Nathan, my mom and me had the literal BEST TIME cracking the absolute funniest jokes together.. I could not have asked for a better experience to replace the bad memories someone else created for me. Thank you so much Nathan, you truly made the day even more special. Also for the record, NATHAN SAID. Last but absolutely not least, if it wasn’t for David, the general sales manager over at Royal Moore Toyota, I wouldn’t have had this opportunity to purchase a brand new car at all. He truly went so far out of his way for me, to help me when I was being wronged by another company, to guide me on what to do and the steps to take to protect me as a consumer after being sold a vehicle with undisclosed major accident damage. With his help and a miracle I was able to climb my way out of a fraudulent bad deal with another dealership. He then referred me over to the awesome employees at Royal Moore Mazda where I purchased my beautiful brand new 2026 GMC Acadia Elevation Black Edition. THANK YOU to everyone who helped me along this journey. I am loyal to the Royal from here on out. The only Company I will give my business to from this point forward! More

Bought a 2025 used cx 90. The sale experience was pleasant but when I followed up on some misalignment to the bumper I had a scheduled appt with service and was told by the sh The sale experience was pleasant but when I followed up on some misalignment to the bumper I had a scheduled appt with service and was told by the shop person there was nothing wrong and that I was wasting his time if he took it back. Went to a local auto body shop that confirmed there was damage and that it was covered up. Right it's 2300 hundreds to make it right. After posting my experience on their Google page for the shop and also my sales team I no longer get communication from them. Very unhappy with my overall experience. More

This is my third car purchase and by far the best experience I’ve had!! Everyone was so helpful and not pushy. They went above and beyond to trade with another dealership to get the exact car I wante experience I’ve had!! Everyone was so helpful and not pushy. They went above and beyond to trade with another dealership to get the exact car I wanted at a great price and interest rate. Special shoutout to Enrique who sent me personalized videos of cars I was interested in before I even set foot in the dealership. His humor and enthusiasm made me excited to come in. We purchased the car without seeing it first - as this guaranteed we would get a better deal. The Carfax said the car had potentially been stolen and research hadn't been done prior to this - apparently i guaranteed we would get a better deal. The Carfax said the car had potentially been stolen and research hadn't been done prior to this - apparently it had just been towed. The car was supposed to be available that same Friday but there was poor communication, and I kept having to wait each day to hear back about when it would be available. Finally, I was able to pick up the car Tuesday. The car was given to me with only 1/3rd charge, no floor mats, and one key with a dead battery. I barely made it back to Portland, an hour away, and immediately had to charge the car. All communication was difficult because the salesperson had to ask 5 other people for answers and wait to hear back. More
