I’ve bought my 24 Sierra ev twice to legacy service and they still haven’t fixed my issues those two times. They tell you vehicle is fixed and it’s not when you get there. Truck was in shop for 9 days. The they still haven’t fixed my issues those two times. They tell you vehicle is fixed and it’s not when you get there. Truck was in shop for 9 days. They tried telling me they couldn’t replicate the problem but when I showed them it, it didn’t work in front of them. They can’t fix simple problems like my power folding mirror on drivers side stays folded in and steering wheel is rubbing with steering column. All they say is reschedule another appointment. I’ll never use this dealer again. In fact because of how disappointed I was I’ve sold my truck and bought a different brand. Service advisor Becky Thompson seems like she hates her job, nasty attitude when I dropped my truck off and service Manager Pat Roe looked annoyed when I explained to him they didn’t fix anything. If you can’t admit you’re wrong this isn’t the job for you. More
