The Service Writers, Dylan, Brittany and Paul are top notch and provide a high end experience. The Service Manager, Miguel, brings excellent skills within the Krause corporation to the Oakwood Hyundai lo notch and provide a high end experience. We had an appt for 10:00. We were there about ten minutes early. Took our car right in. We were there until 11:30. Just got an oil change, no tire rotation. At 11:00 my husban We were there about ten minutes early. Took our car right in. We were there until 11:30. Just got an oil change, no tire rotation. At 11:00 my husband noticed that they were just then doing the oil change. Why make an appt? We love our Santa Fe and go to this service center because we know they check everything out. Just wish they were alittle faster. Maybe make fewer appts!? More

I was told it would be an hour and fifteen minutes, I waited an hour and a half before I called. I was then told I would receive a call in 3-5 minutes, which I never received. I had to call again, and by waited an hour and a half before I called. I was then told I would receive a call in 3-5 minutes, which I never received. I had to call again, and by this time my phone died mid conversation. In total, I waited well over two hours with little to no communication until I took it upon myself to walk in and speak face to face. I don’t think it was the service advisor’s fault, as I heard him mention being pulled into a meeting and such. Either way, unprofessional and ridiculously late. More
