Went for a tire patch. It took 4 hours. Booked an appointment for 9:45 am showed up a few minutes early and didn’t receive my vehicle till 1:58 pm. It was a busy day but my It took 4 hours. Booked an appointment for 9:45 am showed up a few minutes early and didn’t receive my vehicle till 1:58 pm. It was a busy day but my service advisor Joshua never communicated about the delay and was not present at the desk until the very end. Compared to other service advisors who were offering transportation services to other guests due to the long delays. Not that I needed it, but their communication was astronomically better than my advisor Joshua. I actually had to talk to other service advisors to see when my vehicle would be ready. I added an extra filter service which Joshua tried to upsell me after I had already added it. He said he’d throw a “discount” on the tire patch which was initially the only thing I really needed. A lot of nerve to try and upsell after 4 hours of waiting for a tire patch with zero communication. Also they left the old filter in my car after the service which was not a big deal but after all that was like a cherry on top. I do appreciate the other service members that were able to get things moving and the requested service was done appropriately by the technicians. More
