The experience overall was efficient and easy. Parker, our salesman, was personable and easy to work with and not pushy. The car I bought was about one year old and was not cleaned as well as I thought it should have been. There were papers in the glove compartment from the man who leased the car before I bought it. The floor was not vacuumed under the mats. The trunk mat was dirty. The car was clean on the outside. The man who finalized the deal/price (don’t remember his name) did not communicate well and made it confusing until we asked multiple questions. Overall, I’d buy a car there again. And, I like my car. More

Sales department was not very informative and did not offer many financing options. We went to another Kia dealer and were offered better trade in values and better deals, so we traded in our vehicles an offer many financing options. We went to another Kia dealer and were offered better trade in values and better deals, so we traded in our vehicles and purchased 2 new Kia's. It was a blessing in many ways because Airport Kia's service is terrible. Not the people at the desks, but the technicians. More
