The whole dealership were quick to be of service to us, answering our questions but not trying to push us into anything--they let us take the lead. We felt they had a sincere concern that we be happy with whatever we purchased (or not). We will go back to Jack Kain Ford again and would be very comfortable to recommend this dealership. And Doughdaddy's, next door to Kain Ford, has the best doughnuts. More
