Warranty work on my 2022 Jeep Cherokee. Parts didn’t show up on time. Vehicle needed a Cam Position Sensor. Dash idiot lights were on. Received a call indicating that you all were going Parts didn’t show up on time. Vehicle needed a Cam Position Sensor. Dash idiot lights were on. Received a call indicating that you all were going to put a used part on my car. A nearly brand new vehicle and putting a used part on it is beyond unacceptable. Doubtful that I’d ever get any service work done again at this dealership. My trust is shattered. Look at it from a customer perspective. Would you trust this dealership with any repair work??? More
