Patrick Dunn at Inskeep Ford

My experience was great at Inskeep Ford. Friendly, no pressure tactics, courteous, thorough, and fair. I worked with Pat, Alan, and Mark, and all three were great. They took the time to explain all the details, make it perfectly clear, with no "games" that are found at other dealerships. Couldn't be happier with my experience. I will definitely recommend them, and return for all my service and future purchases.

My wife and I purchased a 2013 Ford Escape SEL from Inskeep Ford. Our sales associate was Alan King who was recommended by a friend. Alan did not disappoint us, he is very professional, friendly, and most important, he is well informed about the various options that are available today on new vehicles. Part of good customer service is having the ability to listen to the customer and having patience with their timeline in possibly purchasing. Alan was there to help us but did not pressure us in a decision. Alan also did a superb job (the best ever) of explaining all the various bells and wihistles on the vehicle when we picked it up. In addition, I spoke more than once with Pat Dunn, the Sales Manager. Pat is well informed and does an excellent job of explaining finance options, the best interest rates, as well as incentives offered by Ford. I felt comfortable that I was getting the best deal for my trade-in and was well informed of finance options, payment amounts, and penalties and fees. I have purchased several vehicles over the years, my experience at Inskeep Ford has been one of my very best experiences.

I have to tell you I visited several of the Indianapolis Ford Dealerships before I went to Inskeep. In hind site I wish I would have gone there first. I purchased my last two vehicles from Tom Wood. I just could bring myself to go back there. The salesman and area just made me feel uncomfortable. I also went to Andy Mohr Ford in Plainfield (2 times) not only we're they uneducated about their own products they couldn't find vehicles that are listed on their website. Rude is an understatement when the manager came over to work the deal. Their location was not clean either. Disappointed I went to CARMAX what a mistake, I just going to leave it at that. I then called Inskeep I spoke to Pat the manager who was very nice and accommodating, he switched me to Mark who told me about the two Ford Flex they had on their lot. I asked how late they were open and he gave me the hours, he even offered to stay over if I wanted to come that evening. Mark had told me that they were working on a deal on one of the two Flex on their lot. So the next day I called before I went to Greenfield, I got Tim (What a gentlemen)! I asked if the blue flex was still available, he advised it was and offered to move it to the front door due it had started to rain. As stated when I arrived the blue flex was right up front. When I went inside I was greater by Tim and he had the keys ready and a plate so we could take a test drive. After the test drive we went in to talk business, at no time did I feel uncomfortable. Everyone I saw and spoke to was polite and courteous. We were able to come to an agreement on price and they made the transition extremely smooth. If I could rate the employees and my experience at INSKEEP better than GREAT! I would do it, All Indy Ford dealerships should take a trip to Greenfield and take notes on how a professional operation it run. Oh I would be failing Tim if I didn't include that he help with the sync of my phone and setting up the radio. He went above and beyond!!! Great Job! I guess that's what you do when you and your operation is a class act.

The guys at the dealership made my transition of my lease that originated in Wisconsin to a new lease from Inskeep very easy. They never pressured me, which was great!

Inskeep Ford is great because they are friendly, helpful and patient. There were no high pressure tactics but they were helpful in every way. When we had mechanical problems with a potential trade-in, they were concerned enough to loan us a vehicle to get home safely.

Was very impressed with Inkeep Ford, I was especially impressed with Pat (sales manager). I have used the service dept. on my trade in vehichle, and was very satisvied, so I went to them when I was ready for a new truck.

Tim was great to work with. He explained everything and was willing to help negotiate. Very friendly. Pat came out to speak with me and it was a very nice gesture. They truely make me feel like family.

I purchased a vehicle from this dealer about 1 1/2 years ago. The CarFax did not show that the car had been wrecked however when having some work done to the car recently we discovered that the car had indeed had previous damage. The dealership was very accommodating and helped to rectify the situation in a very fair process. The team were very friendly and went above and beyond in helping me to replace that vehicle. I want to thank Pat and Mark and Tim. I know it is there jobs but they did them well. I also want to thank God for putting the right people and the right replacement vehicle in the right place at the right time. I would recommend this dealership.
