Both offered help and were sincere in doing so. In finance, Justin was efficient and informative. He took no for an answer on the products I didn’t want and gave me only what I did want. He changed my coverage to match my driving and made sure I had what I needed. At the end of the day, this is one industry you can still work some numbers on, granted it’s not for everyone; however, if you want a nice easy going feel with good service throughout a whole team- Use the guys above. Unless you want to pay the premium that comes with those one price stores, utilize your sales staff and get taken care of properly!! Castle Rock ford is going to be my go to for years to come.
