Wow, did I get scammed by these guys. I bought the Platinum service contract (3,700 dollars) to cover my new "used" vehicle. First time I brought it in for a covered service part. They ov I bought the Platinum service contract (3,700 dollars) to cover my new "used" vehicle. First time I brought it in for a covered service part. They over charged on what the warranty company would cover for labor by 2k and passed it on to me. Nothing I could do about it. Worst part was they just smiled. They had my car for 3weeks and 5 days to replace a defective heater core. More
