Robert’s Toyota stole 2,000 dollars from me on a deal that didn’t go through . They sent me home with the 2026 Highlander and made me believe I was approved and financed through Toyota Financial Services that didn’t go through . My wife and I were perplexed . We bought 2 other Toyotas earlier this year with no issues. I have hired a national law firm to sue them for misrepresentation and for not returning my 2,000 down payment. I filed a complaint with the consumer financial protection bureau and the Attorney Generals office . I have also filed a complaint with Toyota and the Federal Trade Commission. STAY AWAY this is a CRIMINAL DEALERSHIP . More

I bought a used car from Dean internet sales there were some problems. After he got my money and the car was paid for he would not return my calls in a timely manner. Paul the general sales manager contacted me. Put on a big show like he was going to do something and never followed through. I Left him 3 messages.He has not contacted me back.. I asked the two of these guys why they were buying and selling repossessed cars , a new toyota dealer. They didn't even realize they were. I guess they're just desperate. Or they just don't pay attention. Once they get your money they are the hardest people in the world to get a hold of. But the bottom line is their service department and sales department are the worst. Do yourself a favor find a different dealer. More

Bought new Tacoma. Paid xtra for heated seats to be added and for it to be delivered (Knoxville). When they delivered truck heated seats hadn't been wired. They took it back so added 800 miles before I ever got it. They refused to apologize or offer compensation. They tried to redeliver it 18 days later but driver ran over something and blew a rear tire. Towed it back to dealership. Put on new tire. Delivered to me next day. Truck had chip in windshield, broken mud flap, big chunk out of front tire tread. They refused to fix issues. Took it to local dealer for inspection then contacted Toyota Corporate. The sales manager finally agreed to let local dealer fix issues and Roberts would pay them to do it. However, the owner, Cackie Roberts refused to agree to replace the damaged tire and was totally not apologetic! In fact, she was mean. These people do not provide customer service and do not care about you. More
