I needed a repair that required the removal of the driver side door. When I left the dealership I did notice a dull spot on the door but assumed it was a grease print from the mechanic reattaching the door. side door. A few days later I took a closer look and it was clear they had scratched the door and tried to cover it ... it left a DULL area around the damage. I would have had more respect for them if they had just told me what happened and fixed it properly. I have sent them two e-mails and they did not even respond. Very disappointing. More

I just purchased a new XC90 Hybrid - Paul Heiser did the sale. The transaction was A+ and Paul has always been A+; I have know Paul for over 10 years...always helpful, honest, and willing to go the extra mi sale.
