Good afternoon, I believe I spoke with you on this concern yesterday. In looking at your history, I see one time before we had a price increase several months ago where your oil change was cheaper than all of the prior visits after the increase. We hate to have to increase pricing but, as much as we hate to see it, oil prices and everything around them (refining, additives, shipping, packaging, disposal, even the cost of employing the technicians themselves) have risen substantially in the last few years. I wish we could go backwards in that respect. We are going appointment-only in January 2026; currently we still take walk-ins. We are still aiming to be a Hometown Dealer, so please do contact the Business Department and we'd be happy to hear any additional input on how we can remain your service center. I will personally handle billing when you come if needed. I would love to be able to keep you as a customer, and there are discount coupons on our website most of the time that will save you money on maintenance. Also if you are not a GM rewards customer, I can help you sign up so that will earn you points to pay for service with. My name is Paul and my direct line is 706-995-2027. Please let me know if I can do anything for you. FYI the oil change only price for your vehicle is $82.95 before tax and shop fees.
