My name is Paul Hudson and I am very excited to be a new member of the Sales Team at Volvo Cars! I have always had a passion for exemplary customer service and am delighted to bring 20+ years of sales management experience to Volvo from previous positions I have held in the travel industry at Royal Caribbean International and Celebrity Cruises, as well as the luxury retailers, Bloomingdale’s and Von Maur. My motto is “The Customer Is Always Right” and I still believe that car buying can be … dare I say … FUN? The best part about my job is that I make new friends every day and that I am able to help them get in to the car of their dreams! When I am not at the dealership, you will find me spending quality time with my 12 year daughter, and my rescue pet, a French bulldog-mix. Awesome people with the right attitude and helpfulness as top priority. Both sales associates were professional and kind. Best car purchase experience ever and I was a car salesman myself. They didn’t pressure me at any time and sincerely wanted me to enjoy myself, which I did. The finance gentleman was a little pushy with the add ons but finally eased up after I explained my views. Overall, 9 out of 10 rating. Thanks and i will definitely advertise Volvos to all . My entire family is very excited for my wife and I. More

The dealership has a warm look and feel that completely washes over you when you walk in, but this quickly takes a backseat as soon as you meet the staff. The people here MAKE the business. As someone who has spent most of his career in dealerships, I found myself having to remind myself where I was. Debbie, our sales specialist, made us feel at home right away. The sales manager, Kale, took total care with any concerns we had as if we were guests in they’re own home. I would absolutely recommend this dealership, the people, and the Volvo brand based on this experience. More
