From the first email, Tyler was a great help and very knowledgable. My wife and I got to the dealership about 45 minutes before they closed to demo a new Passat. We walked out of the dealer 1 1/2 hours after they were suppose to close, with a new VW Passat. Loved the car and loved the service! Customer service is the best in the business and the sales people are willing to go the extra mile to gain your business. If you are looking for a completely hassle-free and low stress car buying experience, this is the dealership for you!!

My Review of Walker Mazda Volkswagen:
We checked local VW dealers in the Burl area for the Jetta we wanted, we not only couldn't find it but were told our chances of getting the car in the color and options we wanted were very slim.
We did some internet searching and came across Walker Motors. It's not too far out of Burlington so we continued to search their website. The website is very informative and easy to use.
We requested a price and Tyler got back to us very quickly and when we told him of our wants he immediately began to search for a car that came close. Well, he hit it spot on. The color, options and delivery time were unbelievable. Within 2 days they had our car at the dealership and went over it to make sure it was what we wanted.
Both Mark Nicastro and Paul LaRoche assisted with the sale and financing and were extremely wonderful to work with. Both of these men deserve high praise.
Our overall experience wes great, sales and office staff are very professional and low pressure. They are more interested in what the customer wants and needs rather than making a high pressure sale and pushing you out the door.
I am very glad we found Walker Motors and will not hesitate to send anyone their way with confidence that they will be treated better than any other dealership we had previously visited.
Again, if you are looking for a new VW look no further than Walker Motors you will be glad you stopped in.

My Review of Walker Mazda Volkswagen:
I first went to Walker's and traded my Toyota Sienna for a 2009 Volkswagen Routon. Paul was a great salesman he was easy to talk to and answered all my questions. I had been to a lot of other dealerships and left without even giving them a second look. Well Long story short I hated my Routon it may have a Volkswagen badge but well its not. I was in your service center so much for a while, but every time Dennis was Amazing even my husband likes him which takes a lot. In May I traded that Routon for a Mazda CX-9 and even though Paul in no longer in sales he did everything to help me get rid of that fake Volkswagen minivan! I gave my reviews to Volkswagen with every service, but have never given a review here. I love cars and always have. I have looked at many and gone to almost every dealership. I am very hard to sell to I hate salesman type guys. I took my 17 year old to look at a used car he found and once the guy started talking my son knew we were leaving without the car.
Walker's has found Two of the best guys here and I am happy to take my car to Dennis when it needs service and When I am ready to buy a new car I will call Paul.
My husband just bought a dodge dully 3500 and is having trouble with his dealership and joking he said do you think I could call Dennis :)

Justin was exceptional to work with.. very respectful, professional, and caring of our particular needs and desires. He was friendly and willing to respond to any questions we had; he also freely offered information that would assist us in making the car choice that was right for us. Justin created an atmosphere of trust and competence which I've never experienced in a car salesperson before. Paul was also professional and competent in his dealings with us in the financial realm. We were even introduced to one of their service managers. I recommend this dealership and its staff highly; I'm thrilled with the quality of the car we now own.

My Review of Walker Mazda Volkswagen:
It all started when I had to go to work in Barre for a day, I was in the market for a new car and i always liked the Volkswagen GTI. I saw a nice red one i stopped and looked at it. I was able to stay out there for a bit and check the car out with out a salesman running out and pushing the car on me. I liked the car a lot and i went in. I met with the salesman Tyler Griffiths who was great easy to deal with easy to talk to no pressure, He talked to me a little about the options i had with the cars he had there and we narrowed it down to a 2010 Tornado Red GTI 4 door. having two kids and a wife i was concerned about the room, Thats when I sat in it and WOW there was more room in that then in my Subaru Outback, or My Subaru Sti, I was very impressed, Then we took the car for a ride and from having had a STI in the past i was totally shocked in the power comfort size interior quality and all the options. After the test drive i Talked to Mike Nicastro about my Trade in and He was able to get me in The Ball Park i was looking to get out of my trade, He also was Very Friendly and was a big help as well. After that was all done We were able to get the car payment were I wanted it with NO MONEY OUT OF POCKET, Thanks to Paul LaRoche who is the financing Manager and also great to deal with ( Im telling you these guys are not pushy salesman they were Very helpful) Well Paul got me into the car i wanted with 0% financing. Put it this way I live in Colchester and I WILL drive to Barre 45 minutes away to be a repeat customer of there's.

My Review of Walker Mazda Volkswagen:
I gave the rating I gave, because I walked into the dealership, and simply explained my situation and what it was I was looking for, and instantly, there were two cars they knew could work. Justin and Paul knew their inventory, and once I test drove the first car, I wanted it. As soon as that happened, they started in on the paperwork, and the customer service was unbelievable. They worked with me and found a bank to finance the car, and waited 4 hours for me to find insurance for the car the day i went to get it, and the whole time they waited, they never complained, they were very patient, despite how long it took me. They met my needs, and were very helpful. I now drive my new fuel efficient car, and have never been happier with any other vehicle! Thanks guys!
