I have been a loyal customer at Rye Subaru for 3 years, after buying my CPO Crosstrek there. Their costs are very high, but after spening thousands each year, one would think there'd be some reciprocal loy after buying my CPO Crosstrek there. Their costs are very high, but after spening thousands each year, one would think there'd be some reciprocal loyalty! A brake light was out and the charged almost $50 to change it! Almost $40 was labor cost... for a lightbulb??!!!Also, most times when I get home and read over the car's report card, I find issues that needed attention that were not discussed with me. Also, this recent time, there was a mistake on what work was done. I am starting to re-think whether or not I should go to Rye Subaru for the work on my car! More

Very helpful staff and efficient service, especially Paula Mejia. The credit incentive was very handy and we used it for a small service job. Really friendly folks. We asked for our wheel locks to be removed and saved for us. They removed them very efficiently, and told us that the wheel locks were left in the c We asked for our wheel locks to be removed and saved for us. Manager, Anthony, contacted me and is mailing me brand new wheel locks to replace the ones that were missing and I very much appreciate the excellent service from this dealership, from the moment we walked in until even after we left. More
