Spotting the perfect vehicle within my preferred price range, mileage and AWD, I walked in the door and was greeted by exceedingly friendly and approachable sales reps. I told them the exact vehicle I had in mind to look into buying and they got straight to work. The test drive, negotiation and finalization from start to end was a comfortable and even enjoyable process, which is not always the case when purchasing a vehicle. Ali Kahn is a true asset to your company and has kept me beyond loyal to the company. From sales to service but the biggest thing is the amazing experiences every time I come in. Joel Elmore has been my sales rep for the past two vehicles and Pedro has provided me great warranties for the past 12 years.They are both also a true asset to the company. My needs have been met in all ways and actually exceeded expectations. I'm beyond impressed with the skills and customer service with these employees. They are kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, have a sense of humor and treat me like I'm family and not a typical sales person that's just looking for commissions. These three employees deserve huge recognition for a job very well done and as I said exceeding expectations. Customers are first to complain but I feel it's important that when a job is that well done it should not go unsaid.
