We purchased a vehicle represented and sold as brand-new. Shortly after delivery, we discovered the vehicle had a defect that was not disclosed at any point during the sales process. When we contacted the dealership regarding the issue, they declined to take responsibility and instead directed us to GM/Cadillac, stating the defect was a manufacturing matter. We did not receive assistance, advocacy, or a proposed resolution from the dealership. This experience reflects a serious lack of transparency and customer support. Buyers should ensure vehicle condition and disclosures are carefully verified prior to purchase. More
